Will I receive a tracking number with my order?
All orders sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail Special Delivery, Airmail, DHL or FedEx are sent via tracked post and you will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the order is on its way. If for any reason your order has not arrived in the expected timeframe, please click here for further information.What is your 90 Day Returns Policy?
Shopping for sensitive skin is hard; we know, we’ve been there! That's why we offer a full 90 days for you to try the products and if they don't work out you can send them back to us for an exchange or full refund. We'll even cover the cost of postage too!

What is the best skincare routine to follow?
We suggest starting with just 2-3 products initially, for example- cleanser, oil and moisturiser. Allow 2-4 weeks to establish a consistent routine and ensure your skin is responding well. Then start to expand your routine and add additional products.

No problem, we’ve got you covered. If you are in the UK we can send you a label to print off, if you are outside of the UK, we don't currently have a free returns label. Instead, you'll need to pay the initial cost of postage and we will reimburse you. Once you have posted the product, email a picture of your postage receipt to our Customer Experience Team and we'll refund this straight away.
