How to return a product

We want you to be delighted with your purchases from Pai, and most importantly, your skin. If that's not the case, we offer you a full 30 days to try the products. If you're not completely satisfied within this time, you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange.

To arrange a return, all you need to do is "click here to complete our returns form. Shortly after which, you will receive information on how to return the products and any other to confirm your details and next steps.

Terms & Conditions for 30 Day Guarantee

  1. Refund of outward delivery charge excludes express expedited shipping and couriers.
  2. Please use our tracked Royal Mail free returns label to return any products to us.
  3. Guarantee may only be used once per product and once per order. e.g. if you order our Echium Eye Cream, you can return it once for a refund or exchange under the Guarantee.
  4. This guarantee is valid for consumers and is not valid for business purchasers. Instead, please contact our Business Development Team if you have a business related requirement.
  5. If you purchased your product from another retailer, please return it to them.
  6. Excludes Trial sizes, Gift Sets and non-cosmetic products such as Muslin Cloths. These items are covered by our standard Returns Policy.
